My sister-in-law purchased a set of several different Kuhn Rikon knives. I was able to try them out while visiting her and was very impressed at how light, sharp and easy to use they were. I ordered some right away for myself because, although I had decent knives, they tended to be heavy, cumbership and dulled quickly. These knives are sharp so be careful in using them! This sandwich knife is a great shape for spreading and is sharp for cutting. I have really enjoyed its versatility. I also recommend the other knives from this maker and they come in several colors and patterns, which makes them unique. The best thing for me, though, is how much easier food preparation became when I purchased these. I like to cook but I don't want it to be an aerobic activity so this really works for me!

We have bought and used at least 20 different stove top espresso makers and this is by far the best! It produces a rich, dark coffee. It is easy to clean and the stainless steel construction is outstanding, making it easy to tighten and loosen. Well worth the money.
