Read First Before Buy Conair Giada Gourmet Panini Maker
I bought this thing on a whim; my kid will eat bread crust but at 2 years old, some sandwiches are just too difficult for her to eat, and messy to boot. I've tried pita bread, wraps, everything. Nothing really "held" the food in like I wanted. Then I stumbled across the Krustbuster. And WOW! It WORKS! My daughter was skeptical of the little pouch I set in front of her, but I'd made a favorite - peanut butter and honey - and once told that's what it was, she gobbled it up. Now I can fill her sandwiches with chicken salad, fruits, whatever I can think of and she can eat it happily! I like this combo pack that includes the scoop to mark the bread and cut the food to size so you don't have any overspill. I even cooked an egg and cheese in the scoop, put in on bread, Krustbuster'd it, and toasted it for a perfect egg and cheese breakfast sandwich - amazing. Definitely give this a try!

BalasHapusI really like this panini maker. I chose it because I liked the floating lid and the large grilling surface, which have both proven positives. It heats up quickly, and the sandwiches cook quickly as well. I like the fact that you can lightly grill your sandwich, or press the lid down and leave it on longer for a crispy flat sandwich. This thing makes the best grilled BBQ pork and cheese sandwhich on the planet! The only downside is that the grill will not shut off by itself, which I had to find out the hard way the other day when I left it on for a 1/2 hour! Overall, I love this press and get a lot of use out of it, so it was well worth the money!
