The bread comes out of the pan with ease. A loaf of bread in about 45 minutes, what more can you ask. The little loaves make a great little gift. The clean up is very easy. It doesn't make dough, there are two choices of bread types--basic or wheat and on or off, so it is fairly simple. The basic recipe uses just 1 1/3 cups of bread flour. When using wheat or rye flours, you will only be using 1/3 of a cup. The price is right. A great
gift for newlyweds or college students or your aging parents.
