Best Review on Le Pan 9 7 Inch Android Tablet
Just like everyone else has said "this thing is awesome! In fact I'm streaming videos on it while typing this review on my PC.
My only complaint WAS the same as other reviews... I could only get about 1-5 Megs a sec on my N-Router. Did some digging and tried a fix I saw for a Motorola Xoom tablet. Worked perfectly now I'm getting 72 MBS!!! Thank God!
TO FIX WIFI!!!
Look up the MAC address in your tablet settings > about tablet > Status > WiFi MAC address (00:29:c8:00:c1:aa looks something like that)
Then go into your router setup and create a Static DHCP, I used 192.168.0.199 then linked my MAC address to it.
Disconnect and Reconnect your tablets WiFi and when it connects, it should automatically go to the Static DHCP you created.
If you don't understand, look at your router instructions or just do some Googling on setting up a Static DHCP for a Tablet. Worked for me!
Now that this thing is popping along, I am so glad I got it and I can't wait until Ice Cream Sandwich (android 4.0) comes out!
Iv'e been researching Tabs for the past 3 months, and I promise you WON'T find one with everything this guy comes with for even close to $279
BUY IT!!!
First off, I know nothing about tablets. I don't know why there are so many different kinds. I know there is gingerbread, ice cream, and honeycomb, but don't understand this. Would anybody recommend the Acer A100 which they are selling at my local gamestop? Or does it really matter? Is it just different brands and companies trying to cash in, or is there a hidden difference? If anybody could tell me about some pretty good gaming tablets with lots of little extras for around 200 dollars, you would greatly have my thanks.
BalasHapusBetween iPad and Android, and if Android is your choice, which one is and why.
BalasHapusI'm looking to get a tablet that lets me do the same things I do on my android smart phone but I want flash too. What is the best one I can get that fits that for under $200?
BalasHapusI am looking into getting the surface, but I wanted opinions on it before I bought it. Do you like it? Do you not like it? If you would not reccomend the surface what other tablet or smaller laptop computer would you consider? Thank you in advance!
BalasHapusI'm looking for a tablet that will basically act as a larger version of the web browsing on my smartphone. I don't need all the bells and whistles that the more expensive tablets have. Web browsing, a 7 inch screen, an Android OS, with reliable WiFi. For under $300 please. Any input would be helpful. And if you have suggestions on where to buy, even better. Thank you.
