I have tried every diet there is from Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, you name it --a library full of diet books. A friend told me about how she lost 20 lbs. this winter while completely laid up recovering from hip surgery. She couldn't excercise, but followed the plan and the pounds came off. I have been on the plan for about a month and have lost a solid 10 lbs. Pants are loser and people are commenting on weight loss. The plan is easy - you just have to educate yourself on how many carb grams (maximum of 6, 17-20 gram servings per day) and how many sugar grams (maximum of 15 grams per day)are in the foods you eat. So you can eat plenty of protein, and low carb veggies. Eggs are back in my diet and I have found I can eat bread again, but 1/2 an English muffin vs. the whole thing. The biggest change was in my fruit consumption. One piece of fruit or one glass of juice can wipe out the daily limit of 15 grams in one serving but I haven't missed it that much when I can now have a turkey sandwich with cheese, cucs, and tomato etc. There are now thin, whole grain, sandwich buns on the market that make it easy to have bread again without blowing your carb limit. And I can also have 2 squares of 85% chocolate and a glass of red wine if I choose--makes my day ! The best part about the plan is that my sugar cravings have gone away, and I find that I no longer roam the kitchen at night needing more food. I am completely satiated on this plan. So like others have said, it is not a diet, it is a lifestyle change. I am not fanatical about it. I still have a luscious dessert once a week and go out to dinner frequently, but can always find a better choice on the menu. So I highly recommend.

I'm 20 and weigh 110 pounds and am 5'5, I know I don't sound like I need to lose weight, and I don't really except that recently I've noticed a bit of a pot belly. I don't want it to grow so I've been going on the treadmill for about 20 minutes a day and burning 100 calories. I'm pretty exhausted by the end of that, so I make sure to eat right as well. I also do about 30 crunches a day to get rid of the stomach fat. Is 100 calories right or should I change that? I'm also trying to expand my thighs as they look like sticks now, any recommendations?
BalasHapusI used to weigh 196lb. That was last year May. Then the Drs discovered that I had a rare disease called Cushing Syndrome which was causing me to be fat. I underwent surgery to cure the disease and I have now lost 30lbs since then. My problem is that I now have lose skin around my belly area and it looks rather funny. I want to know how do I get that lose skin to tighten again without having it surgically removed. You always see in these weight loss adverts where guys have a belly and then when they follow the weight loss program they have abs. How do they do that and get that skin so tight?
BalasHapusI was er, discovering my g-spot and I think something went wrong, because I peed. I know people say that it feels like you're going to, but it's not pee that comes out. But it doesn't feel right, how can i be sure I'm not peeing? because its kind of weird... please don't laugh at me, seriously.
